TaoClip provides an online tool to combine photos and music into MP4 videos for free, including: BPM analysis, multi-track audio merging, MP4 rendering at 720p/1080p/9:16/1:1.

3. Content ownership

• Your content: you retain full ownership of photos, music, and videos created via TaoClip.
• Copyright: you are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload your media.
• Platform: TaoClip retains rights to source code, design, brand, and logo.

4. Permitted uses

• Personal, commercial (with valid rights), educational.

5. Prohibited uses

• Copyright violation, pornographic/violent/hateful content.
• Uploading malware, overloading the system, reverse-engineering.

6. Service limits

Service is "AS IS" — no uptime guarantee. Periodic maintenance possible.

7. Liability

TaoClip is not liable for data loss, indirect damages, or legal consequences from copyright-violating content.
